TERMS AND CONDITIONS
(1)
Agreement to Terms. YOU AGREE TO READ CAREFULLY AND TO FOLLOW THESE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE USING Ste. Anne's Spa Share the Secret
Ambassador Program. If You do not agree to these terms and conditions,
You may not participate in the Program. Use of the Program signifies
Your agreement to the terms and conditions of use set forth below.
(2) Modification of Agreement.
Ste. Anne's Spa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise,
change, modify, add, or remove any portion of the Share the Secret
Ambassador Program or this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time.
(3) Point Accumulation/Obtaining Rewards.
Points accumulate based on Day Spa and Overnight Getaway visits to Ste.
Anne's Spa by a registered person on the Share the Secret Ambassador
Program or by a friend or family member that has been referred by a
registered person on the Share the Secret Ambassador Program. Referred
guests must not have visited Ste. Anne's Spa in the past to qualify as a
valid referral. For more detailed information go to share_the_secret.
Rewards are subject to change without notice and at Ste. Anne's Spas'
sole discretion. If a particular reward is not available, Ste. Anne's
Spa may in its sole discretion provide a substitute reward.
(4) Reward Expiration.
All Redeemed Ste. Annes Spa Rewards must be booked within 365 days from
the time of redemption. Rewards that are not booked within 365 days
will expire from your Share the Secret Ambassador Program account and
will not be reissued.
(5) Right to Change or Terminate the Share the Secret Ambassador Program.
Ste. Anne's Spa may change, revise, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of the Share the Secret Ambassador Program at any time or terminate the
Program at any time. Ste. Anne's Spa may also impose limits on certain
features and services or restrict access to portions of or the entire
Program without notice of liability. Ste. Anne's Spa reserves the right,
at its sole discretion, to refuse service or cancel membership at any
time to anyone.
(6) Unique Account User ID. You must complete
the online Share the Secret Ambassador Program registration form in
order to receive and use the Share the Secret Ambassador Program Unique
Account User ID Number which is necessary to participate in the Program.
(7) Indemnification for Your Breach of Agreement.
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Ste. Anne's Spa, and
all of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives,
agents, successors, assigns, information providers, licensors, and
licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and
against any and all liabilities and costs incurred by the Indemnified
Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by You of
the Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and
covenants, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs. You
shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any
claim. Ste. Anne's Spa reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume
the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to
indemnification by You, and You shall not in any event settle any matter
without the written consent of Ste. Anne's Spa.
(8) NO WARRANTY. THE
SHARE THE SECRET AMBASSADOR PROGRAM, INCLUDING ALL CONTENT, SOFTWARE,
FUNCTIONS,MATERIALS AND INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU OR ACCESSED BY
YOU, IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW,
STE. ANNE'S SPA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
WHATSOEVER FOR THE CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM OR THE MATERIALS, INFORMATION
AND FUNCTIONS MADE ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE PROGRAM. FURTHER, STE. ANNE'S
SPA DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. STE. ANNE'S SPA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL
NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PROGRAM AND ANY
ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE THE PROGRAM. THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE USE OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION, THE CONTENT AND ANY ERRORS CONTAINED THEREIN. STE. ANNE'S
SPA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM WHICH RESULTS
FROM ACTS OR EVENTS BEYOND THE COMPANY'S REASONABLE CONTROL.
(9) NO AWARD OR DAMAGES AGAINST STE. ANNE'S SPA. IN
NO EVENT SHALL STE. ANNE'S SPA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE
PROGRAM. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT, COMPUTER PROGRAMS, OR INFORMATION
SYSTEM, OR THE LOSS OF ANY INFORMATION OR DATA.
(10) Lost, Stolen, Damaged cards and Coupons/Unredeemed Reward Points. Ste.
Anne's Spa is not responsible for and is not required to replace lost,
stolen, or damaged tags or reward coupons, or for unredeemed points;
however, these may be replaced at the sole discretion of Ste. Anne's
Spa.
(11) Place of Redemption. Share the Secret Ambassador
Program reward points may be redeemed at the time of booking, unless
otherwise specified, so long as the reward item is available at the
location.
(12) Valid User ID#. You must present a valid Share
the Secret Ambassador Program Account User ID# to collect reward points.
The Account User ID# must be presented at the time of purchase. Points
will not be awarded without a valid Share the Secret Ambassador Program
Account User ID# or for previous purchases.
(13)Rewards Points Not Redeemable for Cash. Reward points and/or reward coupons may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

The Share the Secret Ambassador Program may not be used in conjunction
with any other offer or discount, or any other similar program.
POINT ACCUMULATION/REWARDS
Upon
the submittal of Your application and agreement to the Share the Secret
Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions, You may begin accumulating
points and obtaining rewards as follows:
1. Visit Ste. Anne's Spa for a Day Spa or an Overnight Getaway
2.
Refer a friend (your friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. Anne's
Spa, having never visited Ste. Anne's Spa in the past) to Ste. Anne's
Spa for a Day Spa or an Overnight Getaway
3. Participate in member-only deals, on-line offers and more when they're offered via Ste. Anne's Spa e-newsletters
Benefits are as listed below:
1.
Each time you visit Ste. Anne's Spa for a Day or Overnight visit Spa
you will receive 5 points per $100 spent (after tax) up to a maximum of
75 points.
2. Each time you refer a friend to visit us for a Day Spa (your
friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. Anne's Spa, having never
visited us in the past) you will receive 5 points within 1 week of their
visit.
3. Each time you refer a friend to visit us for an Overnight Stay (your friend must be a brand new guest of Ste. Anne's Spa, having never visited us in the past) you will receive 15 points within 1 week of their visit.
4.Watch for opportunities to earn extra points with member-only deals, on-line offers and more when they're offered via our e-newsletters.
Reward Points Required To Redeem:
150 points: $100 Ste. Anne's Spa Gift Card
195
points: Day Spa – includes $100 spa allowance, 3-course lunch,
afternoon tea, 1 group wellness class and complete use of the extensive
facilities
275 points: $200 Ste. Anne's Spa Gift Card
425 points:
Overnight Stay – includes standard CAA/AAA Four-Diamond accommodation
for one night (based on double occupancy) $100 spa allowance, breakfast,
3-course lunch, afternoon tea, 4-course dinner, 1 group wellness class
and complete use of the extensive facilities (please note that there is a
2-night minimum required on weekends
Bonus Reward Point Days:
Share
the Secret Ambassador Program gives You the chance to earn free rewards
for Your loyalty to the Ste. Anne's Spa brand. An example of a Bonus
Reward Point Days reward would be a "Book on a Tuesday in December and
receive double Share the Secret reward points" deal. Bonus Reward Points
are offered on an individual basis by Ste. Anne's Spa and are subject
to change or discontinue at any time with no further commitment to You
or the Share the Secret Ambassador Program. Share the Secret Ambassador
Program credits will transfer from one month to the next. Share the
Secret Ambassador Program credits may not be transferred to any other
party.
