CARIBBEAN FOOT REJUVENATION
by John Ireland, CST, RRPr, BA

Who wouldn’t love to escape to the warm Caribbean without boarding a plane? Well, this is your chance to reminisce or imagine burying your feet in warm sand and breathing in a unique blend of fresh mango, zesty lime and earthy cocoa.

Your treatment begins seated, soaking your feet in the warmth of the Caribbean Bath Cleanse. You’ll savour the aroma of mango and lime as your calves and feet are awakened with an exfoliating blend of dead-sea salts and coconut oil combined with your choice of a Caribbean-themed Aveda Singular Note Essential Oil. Choose from calming Vanilla, balancing Ylang Ylang, or energizing Tangerine.

Rinsing away layers of tension, you will be amazed at how smooth your legs and feet feel. Next, lying covered on a heated table, your feet are enveloped in AVEDA's Intensive Hydrating Masque and wrapped in warm linens. There is something so very grounding and comforting about this step. While your feet continue to unwind and hydrate, your scalp and neck are gently massaged with a blend of coconut oil and your chosen Caribbean aroma. And the Grand Finale? A foot massage using Caribbean Body Cream, a special blend of mango, lime and cocoa that help your feet stay silky smooth for hours and almost feel weightless - like they’ve somehow captured the rejuvenating life and warmth of sunlight itself!
